Der Versand erfolgt durch GLS und erfordert eine Lieferadresse, unter der das Paket tagsüber zugestellt werden kann.
Ausnahme: Nachnahmesendungen (nur innerhalb von Österreich möglich) erfolgen durch die Post.
Jedes Paket ist bis zu einem Maximalwert von € 550,- versichert (Ausnahme: Nachnahme/Post € 510,-).
Der Versand in alle anderen Länder erfolgt durch die Österreichische Post zu folgenden Kosten:

Innerhalb Europas versenden wir zum günstigsten Tarif. Der genaue Betrag wird im Bestätigungs-Email gesondert angeführt. Außerhalb Europas versenden wir mit Zuschlag "Schnell" (=Luftpost).
In beiden Fällen beträgt die Zustellzeit ca. eine Woche. Jedes Paket ist bis zu einem Maximalwert von € 510,- versichert.
Wenn andere Versandarten gewünscht sind, bitten wir um eine Mitteilung in der Bestellung.
Allfällige aus Anlass des Versandes entstehende Import- oder Exportspesen sowie alle vom Kunden zu tragenden sonstigen Gebühren und Abgaben gehen stets zu Lasten des Kunden.

All packets will be shipped through GLS and require a daytime delivery address.
Exception: COD packetes (Austria only) will be shipped through the Postal Service.
Each packet is insured up to a maximum of €550,- (Exception: COD/Post € 510,-).
Packets to all other countries will be shipped through the Austrian Postal Service at the following rates:

Within Europe our packages are sent at the cheapest tariff in each case. The exact charge will be shown separately in our confirmation email.
We send all packages with a destination outside Europe by airmail.
For both, delivery times are estimated at about a week. Each packet is insured up to a maximum of € 510,-.
If you wish your package to be delivered otherwise, please state this when ordering.
Any additional costs incurred by the postage of an order, such as import or export fees, must be paid by the customer.
